Welcome! In Matthew 28 we find the Great commission, "Go and make disciples of all nations...". As we know, this starts with our personal lives, right where we live. Prayer is the first and ongoing phase of fulfilling the Great Commission. I have heard it said, "you are either a missionary or a mission field." So, when you pray, don't forget that you are a missionary as well. Pray for our missionaries, but pray also for God to open doors in your life to share the wonderful Good News of Jesus in practical ways with those He has surrounded you with.
